Jobs to Be Done

This tool is organized around the Jobs to Be Done framework. Before demographics or frustrations, a useful enterprise persona starts with the job — the functional and organizational progress the user is trying to make. The persona card gives that job a human face and an organizational cost.

Define the job first

Start with what your user is trying to accomplish, not who they are.
